Utter disgrace for garage to be in business.Overcharging quoting for parts not needed.awful .only express in garage is releiving your finances as quickly as possible
Been using this place for 8 years. Trusted by my whole family and even my friend who used to be a mechanic takes his vehicles there. Enough said. If you want a posh courtesy car go to a stealer and pay the extra 40% Labour.
As a customer, I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I was spoken to extremely rudely and the management/owner behaved in a manner which no-one should be subjected to and therefore I wouldn't recommend this organisation to anybody. If you are looking for good service you will not find it here.
I had booked my car in for some work and asked for a courtesy car to get me to work. I was offered a 2000 w reg vauxhall zafira.Which was fine. However. .. the amount of food over the back seat was terrible. ..obviously had children in there recently. I accepted that as I have kids of my own and I have the same problem. I drove off and came to a roundabout, the car shuddered on braking, I made it round that junction and sped up to 40mph... braking at that speed nearly killed me. The brakes refused to stop the car and I ended up going over the roundabout instead of turning left. I went back to the garage and they gave me a 2002 ford focus. 30mph and the car swerved about 3 foot to the right under braking. I did a u-turn and picked up my car. I would have to say that 1 star was generous. I really could not recommend this garage.
I have used a few times. Great service and they explain any issues. The drop off collection was so handy for me. The garage also ensured car was ready before my 4pm deadline. Will continue to use. 5*'s
