Dreadful. We waited over an hour for our pizza and bottle of Fanta. When it arrives it was barely lukewarm and the Fanta was Coke. The guy mumbled something that might have been an apology. Will be using the local pizza place in Durrington instead, who cam in 15 mins with a piping hot pizza and half the price...
Ordered at 1900 for collection at 1930. We was still in Warminster coming back from Longleat. The pizza tracker then informed us 18mins later are pizzas were ready to collect. We didn't get to the store until 1934. They completely ignored our collection time and when we did collect the pizzas they hadn't been cooked long enough.
Good food quite punctual too
Not the best service to be honest. The food is your average Dominos but the staff are miserable, confused and flipping slow. I'm not local to the area, and ordered to go as we were traveling but we ended up having to sit in the car and wait 25 mins past our order collection time with no apology. Customer service is shot.
I live 2.8 miles from my local dominos shop and they wont deliver... Shocking as they will go a lot further like 6-7 miles Very disappointed.Need to sort this out other wise I and others will continue to use other shops to buy pizza that will deliver.
