Life events are rarely without problems and moving house is rarely straight forward. However, my experience of Lime Tree Houses is that they respond - quickly, efficiently and with kindness. A boiler issue was fixed the same day it was reported. Small repairs I chose to undertake myself were refunded promptly. The girls are always available at the end of the phone line. For me, it is the responsiveness that is so important. No agent can prevent issues arising - they are a fact of life. It's how they respond that's the acid test. Lime Tree have passed the responsiveness test with flying colours. Thank you.
Quite possible the most horrendously run business I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. A reluctance to repair issues with the rental property is quite shocking. A smashed and what appeared dangerous plug socket remained unrepaired in our property 6 months after initially being reported. Rest assured though, the rudeness, unprofessionalism and aggressiveness is not a junior member of staff, it is actually the most senior member of the team who is in fact the manager! After experiencing the quite shocking way in which this business is run as a Guarantor of a lease I would have absolutely no hesitation in advising ANY landlord or tenant to avoid this company at all cost. The fantastic thing about letting agents is amongst many good agents there is always one shocking example that lets the industry down. Alas in Amesbury the 'rotten egg' is Limetree Houses.
