Very incompetent practice especially reception staff most rude people I have met speak to people like your a piece of dirt on their shoes would not recommend them to anyone
Always had good polite and efficient service from kind and caring staff, admin and doctors.
Shocking to say the least. I'm under the specialist at the hospital and any side effects u must get a docs appointment the same day. Well little miss recpetionist has decided to pass me onto the pharmacy. Haha. Would not advice going here. U literally have to tell the receptionist your problem and they still ignore specialist advice from the hospital xx
I have always felt I am in good hands at this practice, Kate Nash and Dr Yule stand out as very caring and professional and the reception team are always helpful despite having a very difficult job.
Shocking patient care, ignore specialist recommendations and do there own thing thinking they know best, cancel booked phone calls or palm you off leaving the poor receptionist to pass on messages, leaving patient in severe pain saying nothing they can do!!! Especially Doctor meardon, Katherine Mash is their only saving grace along with Yvonne, Jo and Stacey on reception
