The doctors here are amazing, very kind and they listen to you, however the receptionist named Clair is very rude on the phone and so unhelpful! So many times she tells me to ring a different number then answers the phone herself amyway...so rude, hangs up on you and is very snippy. Please send her on a course on how to treat people kindly and with respect
All of the doctors cannot do enough for you. I have always got an appointment same day but tonight was exceptional. I was in agony all afternoon and decided to call at 17.40 on a Friday, (they close at 18.00) - Dr Blakeley said come straight over. She was so helpful and lovely. Prescribed me antibiotics and I collected them from Boots! Amazing and I am now hopefully on the mend for the weekend :-)
We have been registered with this surgery for the last two years. I have two small children who have periodically gone through bouts of repeated minor ailments, & unfortunately we'be been regulars through the doors at certain times of year. We have been able to get an appointment the same morning without fail. There have also been occasions where I've rung in later in the day for advice, & again been seen almost immediately. We have found all the doctors patient, attentive, reassuring and kind. Equally, the reception staff have been so friendly and helpful, which is so important. We are very sad to have to register elsewhere after moving.
